trying to make a workout

hi, i am trying to make a workout to improve my fitness. i am nearly 15, 5'8'' and weigh 10st. this is what i have come up with and did today:


20 normal press ups.
5 one legged squats on each leg.
20 normal press ups.
20 incline press ups.
2min plank.
20 squats.
20 military press ups.
10 one legged squats on each leg.
20 normal press ups.

do you think this is ok? should i do it about every 3 days? and is there anything you could add to this to improve it?

hi, i missed out 20 leg raises on the end of that. i do a 2-4.5 mile run every other night, so should i alternate nights between running and the workout? and have you got any suggestions for the workout?
 
The thing is about muscles is that you must confuse them so about every so often switch workouts for a while. Also, do you have access to a gym? because when you start getting stronger and stronger you might need to add some weights to your regimen.
