trying to loss weight

i everyone yes well im now really trying to take losing weight serious
im 5'7 215 musclar built and iv been trying to loss weight for the last couple of weeks iv been eating what i want just cutting how much of it i eat and at the gym i ride the bike for 30mins um i dont know what to call the other machine i do that for 20 mins and the i get on the treadmill for 20-30 like 4 times a week and ive little effect im trying to work on man boobs my stomach its kinda flat but im noticing a lil gut coming in i dont know what to do this is the first time in life i really worryed about my weight it didnt really effect me before because i played football i just need help and advise
 
help yourself by spending time reading the stickied threads -
start in nutrition - then move on to on topic and exercise..

after reading - feel free to ask questions in those threads based on what you don't understand
 
sorry big delay lost my passward no i dont count i eat what i want except in smaller potions and i cut out sodas.
 
Well I would say you at least have to track your calories to make sure that you are burning more calories than what you are eating. Energy in, Energy out. But like Mal said I would read the stickies and get some information from those and then ask away if you have any questions. There has been a month since your original post though, have you seen any differences in this time?
