Hey, i just want to know what i can do to lose weight besides diet. I just joined a gym. I am 16 years old 5'11 and 171. What you recomend running, bike, or ellyptical machine and how long on each 1, time of day, etc...

That's awesome you've taken the initiative to lose weight. To best lose weight (asides from diet), you should take on both cardio and weight lifting. Adding muscle burns extra calories daily even when you're doing nothing. You can add a pound of muscle a month by going to the gym consistenly. Weight lift about 3 times a week if you can and don't overtrain. In terms of cardio, combine both High Intensity Interval Training and low intensity cardio and try for 3 times a week.
