Hey Daniel, glad to see you stared a diary, and already you have the attention of Trusylver, a real exercise expert.
It sounds like you are not eating much, just a cheeseburger and some chips today, nothing some days. If I got that right it may not be enough food for you, its better to find a well balanced diet you can live with than to starve yourself.
I suggest you try eating 3 meals a day and something in the 1,200 to 2,000 calorie per day range, the higher end if you are exercising.
I also suggest trying to eat some vegetables, I understand most of my life I hated them too. Since going on this diet I have developed more of an appreciation. Right now I am eating a lot of fruit because it's ripe and available locally, when that runs out I'll be back to more veggies.
I am sure others will chime in with good advice.
