Trying to lose weight, help

Hello guys my name is Daniel i am 16 years old and i am 101 kg, i am changing my life to a better one just need some advice to lose weight i’m also scared from loose skin. Thanks.

I am 101 k/g
I am 169 cm
I don’t have any health problems
I just eat like 1 meal in the day low fat meal, some days i don’t even eat anything i just drink water and my day coffee. If you have a good diet for me that would be amazing and i want a hard diet so i can loose more weight . I can handle it
 
Just giving somebody a diet does not work. small changes a bit at a time are a better option, diet change needs to be sustainable, something you can live with in the long term, crash dieting is not a good option.

what sort of foods would you normally eat in your meal ?
What exercise do you currently do ?
at 16 do you have control of your own food or do you have to deal with problem parents ?
 
I really hate vegetables for some reason I don’t know why but i can use to eat it i don’t mind.
I usually eat low fat cheese burger with some chips in the side for the day i think its 400 calories, i am just doing cardio for 30 min, and i have the control for my own food.
 
Hey Daniel, glad to see you stared a diary, and already you have the attention of Trusylver, a real exercise expert.

It sounds like you are not eating much, just a cheeseburger and some chips today, nothing some days. If I got that right it may not be enough food for you, its better to find a well balanced diet you can live with than to starve yourself.

I suggest you try eating 3 meals a day and something in the 1,200 to 2,000 calorie per day range, the higher end if you are exercising.

I also suggest trying to eat some vegetables, I understand most of my life I hated them too. Since going on this diet I have developed more of an appreciation. Right now I am eating a lot of fruit because it's ripe and available locally, when that runs out I'll be back to more veggies.

I am sure others will chime in with good advice.

Seconding what's been said already, by Trusylver and Alligatorob. One thing to add - I really don't think that you need to worry about loose skin! For three reasons:
- At 16, your skin will still have great elasticity.
- At 101 kg you are overweight, sure, but not hugely overweight - your skin won't have stretched that much anyway.
- If you lose weight at a good, steady rate (not crash dieting) maybe 2 kg a week, your body will adjust as you go - all the better with exercise, of course!

Hello Daniel, how are you doing? Any success with the weight loss?
Have you ever thought about doing some sports, e.g. special training programs?
