Hey All!

New here to the forum... well, I used to be on here years ago, posted everyday, then stopped. Back then I was only 250lbs, but as the years passed, I lost weight, gained weight, and well, now... I'm here again, but at 314lbs... or at least that's what my jerk of a scale is telling me.

Little about myself?
Age:32
Weight: 314
Health Issues: Hashimotos and PCOS
Other Issues: I do find myself eating when I'm bored or under stress
Job: My job isn't a desk job, but also isn't as active as it was when I worked overnight.

My Endocrinologist said other than my Hashi's, PCOS, and being overweight, I have no signs of other issues... I'm not pre-diabetic or full blown diabetic, I don't have a fatty liver, my cholesterol is within range, my blood pressure is normal...

On here looking for advice, support, to read about other peoples experiences... to motivate myself and stay accountable.

Hi and welcome.

hello, you are a beautiful and strong woman. Once you've managed it, you can do it this time. I believe in you and I send you positive energy:))

hi how are you?Welcome also as i am a newcomer too_One thing i have found when trying to keep an target weight or lose weight is you have to do something that you love..That is the first step. When you do something that you love no matter what it is you will never have space to be bored.Doing your passion makes you active even if it is a hobby. It also eliminates stress because you have little time to be stress.second, choose the foods that you know will help your body but it takes alot of reasearch.some foods like breads, beans or other starchy foods don't help the body.write the things that you like to eat on paper(fav things that you eat often).then research is it healthy or not for you.You can do it and self motivation is the key.some foods you have to give up...i gave up alot of foods and now i just drink mostly teas and eat fruit..if you need more informotion i can help.just remember cut out foods thats no good for body.its about balance.
