Hi guys? I have a problem. I want to lose weight. Right now I am 228lbs but I want to get back down to at least 215lbs. But my problem is that I eat like I'm hungry. Lately, I been eating tortilla chips which are bad for you. But sometimes more often than not, I find myself eating the whole bag in just one day! The snacks are really killing me. I don't eat fried foods, but I eat baked and grilled foods and drinks only water. As of right now, I really do not know what to snack on. If I eat peanuts I find myself eating too many in a day and I find that half of the bag is nearly gone. What is my problem? How can I conquer this eating disorder? Are there any solutions?

hello.I had the same problem. If I had it in the house I would eat it no matter what kind of food it was.My solution is to buy food everyday.I know is annoying to go to the supermarket everyday but it works for me.I only buy the amount of food i want to eat on that day and that's it.I live alone now and if the fridge is empty is not a problem.I don't know if it applies to you,but this helped me. :)

I don't know if this is considered as quote "cheating" but I went to the whole foods market where I live, and bought unsalted tortilla chips and this time it has no sodium in it, which is good. To also help break down my food I was told to get a supplement called: "digestive enzymes" which helps break down fat, carbs, and protein. Will this supplement be helpful for me?

Sounds like you have developed nothing more than a bad habit. what I suggest is to be very strict on yourself. stick to 3healthy meals a day exercise more regularly. breaking habits is not easy but stick with it and you will not need your unhealthy snacks. think this if I got myself into this situation. I can get myself out.
