I'm 18, around 6 ft and I weigh about 170 lbs. Currently im at 14ish% BF and ive been trying for a while now with proper diet/exercise and hitting the gym 5 days a week to lose a bit more and I seem to be stuck in some sort of a rut. I was looking around for a supplement that might help and I know hydroxycut is a big name in this area so i read around and found this supplement.
