Trying to keep the weight I lost off

Hoping someone can help me fiqure out how not to gain my weight back. I am 5 feet even, I have lost 25 pounds counting calories and exercising. I never eat over 1300 calories aday and have lost my weight over the past 5 months. Now I have to fiqure out how many calories I can eat without gaining? Also to lose or tone the rest of the flab that I still have?? Any ideas? Thanks

you have just pointed the finger at the problem with reducing calories to diet ... to eat regularly again, you have to eat more calories ... and your weight will start to yo-yo. It's not the best way to lose weight as it's really hard to stay healthy and keep the weight down. As far as toning goes, just continue with the exercises (cardio & weight training) ... it just takes patience.
