Hoping someone can help me fiqure out how not to gain my weight back. I am 5 feet even, I have lost 25 pounds counting calories and exercising. I never eat over 1300 calories aday and have lost my weight over the past 5 months. Now I have to fiqure out how many calories I can eat without gaining? Also to lose or tone the rest of the flab that I still have?? Any ideas? Thanks
