trying to get in shape....

i'm only 14. 5.2' and 100 pounds. around about 12 years old i started to eat a lot and gained about 25 pounds is 1 year and then gained about 5 or 10 the next. i used to b fast, i would like to b able to run fatser and longer, i would also like to do some crunches to get my stomach flat, i want to lift too. sounds like a lot but i'm ready, got a lot of time, no school till september. a lot poeple always say i'm too younge but i really need to do this. thank u.

your never too young to start some form of exercise. Just dont over do it. Make out a plan. On it write what you are going to do, how many reps or how long you are going to do it and a time of when you are going to do it. For example just before breakfast do [30 situps 20 pressups] x 3 then say before lunch go for a 4 mile bike ride or a run. Make it a routine and it will be easier to stick to. If you are looking to improve speed then set a distance, say 1 mile. Run it at about 70% effort. Record your time. Then keep doing that same distance on the same road and try and cut about 5 seconds off your time every time. You will see a vast improvement in your speed, endurance and overall fitness.
