Trying to get back on track ...

Hi Everyone,

My name is Nicole ... I am definitely not new to dieting but I am new to using a weightloss forum and I am hoping to get ideas and inspiration :)

I lost 35lbs last year but gained back about 15 of those pounds this year after the unexpected death of my dad in January. I'm definitely an emotional eater and I know I need to stop doing that and get back on the right track and try and have the success I was having last year. I originally had about 30 more lbs to lose but now with the extra 15 it's 45lbs. I've started getting back to the gym on a regular basis and have started jogging again .. and it's just about killing me but I know I can get back the endurance I had before. I know with self discipline and motivation that I can back to that point .. which is why I'm here!! ... Also, I'm looking forward to making new friends!! :p
