I’m new to this forum, and am interested in learning more about the technical side of exercise while also enjoying physical side of actually doing it.
Firstly I would like to gauge an idea of how fit I actually am;

24 years old
176cm
73kg
I have been spinning for approx. 3 weeks. Which I do 4 times a week. My latest spin results are below:
Total Exercise time Inc. cool down. 25 mins
Total distance in 25 mins is 17.10km
20:00 minutes of actual exercise where I rode 15.06km
Average HR is 170bpm, max was 195 (max occurs in last 1 min of exercise)
I also walk casually at lunch for approx. 45 minutes (which i have done for about 2 years) Which is approx. a 4km circuit.
