The best advice for you as far as weight gain and being in your late teens is to eat as much as you can. Make those choices clean, whole foods. 2 grams of protein/lb of bodyweight. Whole grains, and fresh veggies for carbs and fats to a minimum. As for a diet plan, that's too difficult and irresponsible for anyone to just give you a diet plan to follow without sitting down and talking to you about your specifics. For general info, I;m sure if you google weightgainer meal plans you'll get lots of resources. Good luck.

you probably have a fast metabolism huh?

first, take how much you weigh and multiply that times 20. thats how many calories you should start with PER DAY.

so if you are 160, thats 3200 cals a day.

eat at least 5 times a day. 3200/5=at least 600 calories per meal.

of course at least 1g protein per lb body weight, get all your fruits and veggies. stay away from highly processed foods.

if you dont measure it out, and you dont gain, you know why now.

if you do measure it out and eat 3200 a day and dont gain, multiply your body weight by 25 and deal with that.

have fun working in the gym, and even more in the kitchen.

This is a very good explanation.

You dont say if you are working out in a gym or not? If you are not working out, dont put on weight, you will just get "fat". To gain weight it is all about calorie intake, eat more calories and you gain, eat too few and you lose weight. 11ths grade, you should be growing, so now is the time to hit the gym. If you are not working out, don't go 3200 calories a day!

I understand your dilemma, wanting to be bigger in the chest/legs/body, but you can just get fat if you do it the wrong way and still have a small frame under a cream puff body.

Go to the gym, hit the weights and make sure mum or dad shops healthy for you and "raid the fridge for a while". Your carers (mum/dad whoever) will get the message and hopefully can put plenty of healthy eating choices in the fridge for you at this difficult time in your young life.

Build lean muscle, don't just eat and get fat, that could happen if you dont workout some way, even cardio and running, but lean body mass = weight lifting and maybe 3200 calories a day, both not one or the other!!
