Sport Trying to form a diet

Sport Fitness
Hello, I'm new here :)

Been (lazily) working for a while now, and I've gotten pretty big, well, I was never really that small to be honest. I weight 83kg (about 180lbs?) and am about 1.83m (or 6ft). I was eating kind of junky until about 6 months ago, and since then I've been trying to eat and drink less worthless junk and I like the results. I was never a person that overly enjoys food so I want to kick it up a notch. I did a bit of reading and took a handy nutrition value calculator and came up with this:

Calories Protein Fat Carbs Fiber Sodium
2,065.1 182.0 61.8 188.0 21.5 2,298.8
% of Calories: 36% 27% 37%

3 servings: 309.0 54.0 3.0 0.0 0.0 87.0
Rice, Brown, Long Grain, cooked
1 cup=237 ml or 6.9 oz=195 g
216.5 5.0 1.8 44.8 3.5 9.8
Chicken, breast, meat only, fried
1/2 breast, 3 oz=86 g
2 servings: 321.6 57.6 8.2 8.8 0.0 135.8
Eggs, Chicken, white only, raw
1 large, 1.2 oz=33 g
8 servings: 137.6 28.8 0.8 1.6 0.0 438.4
Bread, Wheat, 100% Whole [Oroweat]
2 slices, 1.6 oz=45 g
6 servings: 660.0 24.0 6.0 132.0 18.0 1,440.0

2 servings: 180.4 12.6 14.0 0.8 0.0 187.8

So that's 2k calories (I usually eat about 2800) of the best foods I can easily aquire. The problem is that it seems a bit too much food. Do you think it's ok? I plan to eat about 2300-2400 to lose some of my excess fat while working out to not lose much muscle, then bring it back up to about 3000. I'm pretty new to this, so I'm not sure at all whether what I'm doing is the right thing to do.

Thanks alot for any help :)

That bad?

I think it looks fine. I like cutting at 2000 kcal, but I'm 10lb lighter, so at your weight I'd go with a little over 2100 kcal a day. But you have to adjust it individually anyway.

Thanks for the reply :)

I'm not sure how to divide it into meals, propably 2 omeletes breakfast/dinner, meat for lunch with the rice, and bread and eggs throughtout the day. The amount of food though, is what makes me skeptic. 12 slices of bread, 300g tuna each day, etc, just seems like alot of money, and alot to eat, even with the lowe calorie value.

Where are your 188g of carbs coming from? According to your diet all bread and rice? You should throw some fruit and veggies in there, that is if you dont already eat them heh, that might cut down on ur price worries, i'm in college so my budget is low but a weeks worth a food for me is usually around about $30-$40.

Yeah should be something like that. And veggies and fruits are free, accommodated by the military. I propably won't eat 12 slices of bread each day :p
