trying to build muscle while running

Hi, can some one please answer this, is it better to run+ HIT after lifting weights or before lifting weights, does it even matter? cause the way i see it if i run+ hit, because im running i wont gain much muscle, but it says to do hit after lifting weights,(i run about 5-7k), so what should i do?

Weights should always be done before cardio if on the same day. You need to be as fresh as you can to hit the weights hard.
