Trying this out

I'm 30 years old, a teacher, and I'm looking to lose about 50 more pounds. I've lost 20 pounds so far, but since then there's been a lot of ups and downs. Looking for advice and motivation to reach my goals this summer.
 
Stay with it. Even if you fail for a bit, don't let that get you down.

Drink water

Mix it up. Keep it fresh, but don't stray to far to what you are comfortable with.

Any exercise you are willing to do is the best one.

If you think you are hungry, but it's not time for a meal, eat an apple.

Eat the foods you love, just less of it.

Eat small meals throughout the day rather than getting over hungry In between and then eating more than u intended. Boiled eggs r a good low cal filler

Oh and plan plan plan your meals- keep a list of everything you I tend to eat (spread sheet on iPad is good)

eat healthy food , sports like running or cycling ( i've chosen running for my own :v ) and don't do strict regime , you will lose weight but then you will gain it all and even more .
 
I'm a teacher too Jen! Let's do this thing! I'm here when you're in the sticky spots. I just signed on yesterday but let's make this an awesome, life-changing summer :) You can do this!
