Trying something new (hello everyone!!)

Hello everyone, I am new to here. I am about to turn 34, a mother of two wonderful girls. I love to cook and spend time with friends and family. I am Joining here hoping that this will help on my journey this time around and make it stick. I have always been over weight. I have struggled and struggled with this. I even got to the point I just accepted it and went along with. Must I say it that was probably the worse mistake there. I have always been between a 12 and 26 in size. I am hoping that I have the determination to make this work and hoping joining here will help me with that. I know that I am an emotional eater and has sunk me several times. I am making myself more aware but at times it still gets me. I also have struggled with thinking I was doing what was right to lose weight but never had and real results minus a few pounds. I also, lose motivation easily. So, I hope this is a start to new friends, lifestyle and a victory for me. So, Hello everyone!:waving:

Your victory begins the moment your belly is fully and you say no to the rest of the food on your plate. Seriously though, you can do this! Just hold yourself accountable, keep track of what you're eating, continue working out doing HITT (recommending) and you will do this at the end when you cross that finishing line. Welcome to the forum.
