Hi,
I decided to log everything I eat here to hold myself accountable. I've been trying to lose weight for over 3 yrs now. I hope this will be the last time. O don't have that much weight to lose but because I'm petite it shows significantly on my body. Btw I'm 5'2 and 146 lbs. Im aming to lose at least 20 lbs.

My plan is:
1. Eat healthy 3 main meals a day and 2-3 snacks
2. Start exercising (at least to do 30 min yoga a day)
3. Weigh in every 2 weeks and log my weight there
 
Hi Verdne and welcome to the diaries. Logging your food is one of the few things that are proven to be helpful in weightloss - and another is to find a supportive community, so you may be hitting two birds with one stone here :) Best of luck with your plans!
 
Hi, verdne & welcome. That sounds like a sensible plan. Logging your food does help, even though it pains me to say so. It gets easier as you go. There are a lot of supportive & friendly members here & that helps heaps. Here's to a good 2019!
