ok well today is the first day of my weight loss plan:
so far i woke up and did some arm excersices, ill have to find ou the names of them, and then i will list what ones. then i ate the weight control oatmeal by quaker and had half a glass of chocolate milk with half a glass of healthy mom nutritional shake (vanilla...very gross btw). then at lunch i ate zuchinni,green beans, and a chicken patty (vegetarian style) since im a vegetarian. for my next snack i will eat a vitamuffin (chocolate) i will go to dance: teach for two hours, and will eat 2 non breaded chicken patties for dinner along with some kidney beans, and drink half a glass of apple juice...the rest water.
