Hello!!!!
I would like to get back to my pre-pragnant weight, 108 pounds. I am 5 feet tall, and wear 6 or 6.5 shoe size. I start the Cohen diet about two weeks ago, I was 127.8 pounds on 5/11. So far, I lost about 5.8 pounds in two weeks. It seems the weight lost is not as fast as others. I have about 20 pounds to lose. Anyone has the similar experiences? if you have about 20 pounds to lose, will it take longer time, and what is the average weight lost per week?
Thank you!:seeya::

I have a lot more to lose, so won't be like you. However, the less you have to lose, it takes relatively longer. That's because you don't need as many calories to sustain a smaller body as those with a very big body do. Restricting calories to the same amount has a more drastic effect on a big body than on a small one.

However - just remember that ALL OF US slow down as we get down to a smaller body weight for the same reason. Many rapid losers get a bit impatient at the end when they, too, find the weight loss starts getting to be less each week.

It WILL WORK - so just stick with it and do exactly what they say! Lots of people have lost smaller amounts and kept it off, and heaps of people have lost huge amounts and kept it off too. We all just have to work at the pace our bodies are going at.

Don't get too hung up on the scales - just get up every day determined to make good choices and stick to the rules, and your body will look after itself.

Thank you very much! I will keep that in mind:party:
