Trouble sleeping after workouts

Does anyone else struggle to sleep after working out in the evening? I usually go to bed some three hours after training but have really struggled to be to sleep. In particular, my legs seem overly tired but restless at the same time. This is killing me. Non-training days I sleep like a log. I would have thought that training hard would tire me out, but it seems the more tired I get the more I struggle to sleep. Anyone have any ideas?
 
Hmm, guess it must just be me then! Glad to say that I slept like a baby all throughout this weekend, and this was despite the intolerable heat.
 
Yeah, I think that's the problem. About an hour or so afterwards I feel really energised, but at 10pm that isn't particularly useful. I don't really have any other option other than to train in the evening. All that happens is I get a bad night's sleep and feel tired the next day :rolleyes:
