Well here goes I am due to attend a wedding in June and have needed to do something about my weight...mmh lets see, ah yes since i was about 16.
So I found this site and thought it was very inspirational and would spur me on.
I am currently 78kg and 5'3" not a good look!
I have started by running home from work everynight and then I have an exercise ball at home which I do stretchs etc on. I make it sound like I have been doing this for ages but honestly I only started last night.
My daily intake of food is pretty much like this;
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg
Lunch: Small portion of flavoured rice with peas, mushrooms, chillies. (no sauce) All microwaved in a tub
Dinner: Meat and rice OR Jacket Potato and beans OR Meat and veg (All standard portions)
I will update this everyday to ensure I keep ontrack of this as I really want to lose this weight.
