tribute to my teachers and admins

In my ten months of lifting, I have made such fulfilling, gratifying, rewarding gains, I can not explain my contentment. I have all of my teachers and friends on this site to thank. It all began here nearly 300 days ago when I met people who would amend my existence. The knowledge I have acquired from these obliging people is priceless. I owe all of my knowledge I have gained from my acquaintances. It began not too long ago…and 10 months later…I am exactly 1000 posts older and 1000 answers wiser. I will persist to grow and thrive, bloom and flourish doing the very thing that has brought me such fulfillment, gratitude, and fatigue at the same time.

God bless all who strive and have already endeavored to lend a strapping hand to a willing trainee.

Lmao, I remember when you first came here PB. You were...well, yeah. Then you said you were going to start working out and you really wanted it and all that, in my mind I was like 'pssh not gonna happen'...but now, wow what a transformation bro.

Same thing for me. I came to this site like a few days before my last final freshman year, and didn't know anything. Instead of ignoring or flaming my retarded first bunch of questions, they were answered and I started to know more and more. Now, thanks to this site and within the time span of my joining here, I have gotten the courage to join the wrestling team, powerlifting team, track and field team (shot+disc), and have learned SO much. I even competed and won a medal in USAPL! Now I'm really into it, and I wouldn't have the joy I have in my life right now. This site really, really, really helped me as well. I can't imagine what I would be like if I hadn't joined here, met everyone here, and grew in the ways I have. So thanks from another very grateful member!!!

:D

lol

Just 5 seconds ago I finished signing my USAPL card that I got for competing in March and so I can compete in May. This site kicks ass

I was such a noob when I joined this site....I couldn't even grasp exactly what bodyfat% was. I had like 5 topics on those. I remember when I joined I wanted to lose weight at 150 pounds and eating 1200 calories....

I remember those days...when PB replied to and asked a question in EVERY thread in every forum and hit 50 something per day at one point...probably. I think Tony's mention of 39 was on the lower end, haha..just messing with you. It's great to see how far you've come indeed. :D

I saw it at 49 posts a day. You must have been really curious and anxious to learn.

You think you could help me with my English Homework?

woa 900...
