Tribulus

i tried it years ago, felt it more in the bedroom than the weight room. :D

tribulus is more of a natural way to slightly raise your test, it would only provide minor help to gains, but still it contributes.

It's the best thing to take to increase your testosterone legally. Some people feel a huge difference after it, other's dont. If it doesn't work for you, extra testosterone may not be the solution to whatever problem you're trying to address by taking Tribulus.

We have customers who swear by it, and some who would rather spend their money on a solid protein. Always good to know *why* you're taking something. No need to enhance testosterone if you've got enough already -- there are plenty of others way to make yourself big and mean :)

also should note that you might see the effect if you have low levels. those with normal levels wont see an increase over and beyond that. same with ZMA ;)

Tribulus terrestris may also raise testosterone levels by stimulating the release of luteinizing hormone. Luteinizing hormone stimulates the testes to "turn on" the natural production of testosterone.

According to data from the 1980's, when 750 milligrams of Tribulus terrestris (in the form of a product called Tribestan®) was given to healthy men for five days, luteinizing hormone and testosterone rose by 72% and 40% respectively.

Unfortunately, very little research has been done on Tribulus terrestris outside of Eastern Europe. Moreover, much of the research has been conducted by a Bulgarian company called Sopharma. Sopharma also manufacture Tribestan®. Their research can hardly be considered independent.

"Tribulus Terrestris has never been shown, except for one dubious unpublished study by the Bulgarian manufacturer, to raise testosterone. And I have known several places that have stated they were doing studies on TT. Funny thing is, I never did hear of the results, except for one, and in that one they did not find any effects on testosterone. TT may have effects on neurotransmission in the brain (much more likely) that effect energy levels and libido."

I read somewhere that a suprising number of woman develop a lower production of test than they should be. this is a recent thing I heard, with no studies that Ive read, or any inclination that it's actually true. I suspect that if this is true in the coming years there may indepth studies done on tribulus, as a treatment to this possable problem. so if your female sigificant other/ or woman if you seem to have developed low libido, unaccountably gaining fat, and other conditions related to low test you might want to get your levels tested, and ask about this as a possable treatment. having low test is undisiarible for anyone, once you know what it does.
