I started training for triathlon earlier this year, has made ??bodybuilding a long time and also ran without much discipline.
My weekly volume began with four hours in January and was evolving as a plan he had done in 2012 and in June Hojem am with a volume of 9 hours. 1.75 m and I weighed 69.5 kg in January, it was my weight fairly stable over the last 3 years. I began to feel a weight loss above normal in March (3 months training) when I was weighing 68kg (1.5 kg is too much for me), now in June (6 months of training) I've lost another 1.5 pounds and I'm 66.5 kg. The principle would be happy if it were lost fat but did physical assessment in December and my fat composition was 10%, now in June rose to 9%, which is hardly changed. always had a and how many times a day as recommended from this site rather increased the volume of my diet and still lose weight. Also increased the amount of whey protein to try to hold this fall because I'm worried if I keep this pace at the end of the year will be skin and bone. anyone have any tips of how to keep healthy weight in training Triathlon? Or should I not worry about what the weight will stabilize again in another level? Not worth indicate fries or chocolate cake, heheh.
