Heres my diet so far. it'll slowly change as I read up on athletic nuturion.
Breakfast Everyday
1 bowl of oatmeal, glass of 2%milk, 1 peice of fruit (apple, orange, banana)
1 Total vitamin
Snack 1
Nature Valley grain bar; days vary
About 2 handfuls of almonds; days vary
1 cup of natural yogurt; day vary
16.9oz water w/cystal light or natural orange/apple juice
Lunch
PB/J sandwich (all natural) Mon, Thurs
Tuna sandwich (all natural) Wed, Fri
Brown rice with chicken Tues
Green salad with toast w/natural fruit jelly; Sat, Sun
1 liter of water
Snack 2
Whey protein drink
Creatine Drink
(sometimes mix)
Workout Food
Protein bar
Gummy bears (during intense workouts)
Endurance Gatorade (usally about 2 waterbottles)
Dinner
Pasta /salad
Salmon /rice
Chicken /rice
Potatos & Green beans /rice
Steak w/ baked potato wedges
Stir Fry
Natural orange/apple/pineapple juice and glass of water
Fruit or yogurt
Tall glass of 2% milk right before bed (if not I feel horrible in the morning)
