Considering i'm on a cutting diet and a very strict workout regime, i eat about 85% clean and Im doing great..
I was just wondering about this: How often is it ok to give myself a treat, like a pizza, a big dinner in a restaurant, 2-3pc of cake ... you know, anything that's basically very bad for me but soooo tastefull
every 2-3 days, weekly, monthly...? Just not to interfere seriously into my achieving my goals..?
