Just wondering

I'm doing just cardio to lose the remaining excess body fat I don't want, just wondering though. I did 42km bike ride in the morning with my heart rate staying at 148-160'ish with 925'ish calorie burnt (im 19 & 69KG & 170CM tall)

I ate my normal calories during the day but at like 7:30PM I felt really really REALLY hungry, so I had some water thinking I just needed some liquids, but then like 10minutes later the hungry feeling came back...so I had like a dozen or so rice crackers...that made me feel better. But then I thought wait...I've gone a decent amount over my daily calories...

So (****ting myself lol) then I went on my bike and did 22km ride with 502'ish calories burnt...

So yeah 500+900 = 1400 calories of exercise for the day...but...was it WRONG or RIGHT for me to do the other 20km at night because I ate a dozen rice crackers b/c I was hungry as hell? Or from exercising long distance riding, is this normal for the body to do sometimes? If I feel this way again should I eat and not do exercise after it? or was my 22km after eating the dozen rice crackers the right thing to do?

I think you'd have better results if you combined a strength training regimen in with your cardio - the more ways you can work your body, the better. (And having stronger legs will help with your cardio, too). That said, how many calories are you taking in a day?

Its just about how you want to go about it man. You running after that cheat does not delete that meal. If running makes you feel better then go at it.

I did actually feel really good doing the 22km's after eating the dozen rice crackers..before I ate them I felt weak & hungry and there would have been no chance I could do 22km at 8pm at night...but after I had the rice crackers...and went on the bike...it was really really easy for me...almost easier then what it is to do it in first thing in the morning after breakfast.

cheating once in a while is not bad. now if you cheat every day you might have a problem =)
