I started running again last june.Due to the inclimate weather here in new york I have taken to sporadic treadmill running.I hate the treadmill.I always feel funny when I get off like the floor should still be moving.
Anyway I was doing ok,getting in the 10 min I was after.But the last 2 times I went I think I had an anxiety attack. Sometimes I start focusing too much on my breathing.If the music is too loud and I can't hear the rythm I get messed up. Or I feel like I am breathing to much for the pace I am at or not enough.Now I feel like I am in gym hell.I did the treadmill for 5 min the other day at a 2.4 walk to warm up.I was reading( I do when I walk) and then I Got off because I was feeling funny.This has happened twice.It used to happen when I tried to go to the gym awhile ago.I finally just gave up on the treadmill.Anyone have anything similar?I am not freaked out by crowds or anything. However I can be prone to anxiety. Thanks. Also I cannot take meds due to my job.
