Hi all. I was wondering something. Which would be more beneficial to weight loss: running on a treadmill at a medium incline (i.e. 5-6) or walking at a higher incline (i.e. 8+)? Right now, I do 30+ mins on the machine, 35-30mins running at med incline, then bumping up the incline to at least 8 and slowing down the speed to about 3.5+/- for 3-5 mins. I know that either one is beneficial, but I was wondering, since I want to lose fat and tone up, which I should be doing.
