I have a 2 week old NordicTrak treadmill that I've been walking on. I'm just wondering which of the following would offer the best workout/calorie burn.
1. walking at 2.5mph at a 5-6% incline.
2. walking at 3mph at a 3-4% incline.
3. walking at 3.5mph at a 2-3% incline.
I'm a female measuring 5' and weighing 217.8lb. I always walk for at least an hour not including the warm up/cool down minutes.
