So I've been diagnosed with a mild case of patellar tendinitis in my right knee and my doctor said I should take things easy for a while. I'm trying to lose fat and don't want eliminate weight-training while my knee is recovering.
Are there ANY leg exercises I can do in the interim? Typically, I do heavy squats, lunges and deadlifts but I can't do any of those things until my knee gets better. I love training my legs and since I'm guessing it'll be a few weeks before I'm better, I'm worried about losing strength.
