Training questions

Would it be better to make two smaller but equally killer workouts that I do daily, or making a single excruciating workout to do daily. My workout is only an hour long, I want to get a physique like Bruce lee and I don’t think this will cut it. It may, but I’m sure I won’t end up looking like Bruce as fast as I d like to. So should I step it up? If I do two workouts, I would take a two hour break between them, is it even worth it?

Also what should I be doing during the day while I’m not working out. I read that bruce lee always had a dumbell in his hand and was lifting. I don’t have any dumbbells so should I just do pushups? And if I do a lot of pushups during the day after my workouts, will that affect my performance for the next days routine?

My hour routine has cardio and strength training, all with no weights or equipment.

Thanks

I take it you workout at home bud if you have no equipment? You can grap some dumbells cheap off ebay but you have to pick them up yourself as P+P is so expensive.

best of luck~

good question. i do a half hour weights workout in the morning, then a cycle or run later in the day. i could easily fit in another half hour session, then an easier day following, does this sound good? mine and the original question!
