Starting another log in the hopes that it will motivate me to get back into a serious mode of training.Between work, school and family obligations, I have had very little time and energy to train lately.A weak excuse I know but it sounds better than no excuse at all.
Currently, I am still using a mix of bodyweight, kettlebell and sandbag exercises, focusing on just a few key movements of each and working on steadily increasing the volume for 3-4 weeks followed by a back-off/recovery week before starting the cycle again.
All workouts are preceeded by several rounds of shadow boxing and are concluded with static exercises for my abs/core.

Double Kettlebell Power Clean and Press
-6 sets of 3 reps @ 2 x 53ibs
-3 sets of 5 reps @ 2 x 44ibs
Sandbag Shoulder and Squat
-2 sets of 5 reps/side @ 90ibs
