Training Clinic at Wake Forest

I posted this at jpfitness and thought some of you may be interested as well. I was gonna go because I though WF was in Boston at first.

If you're within 3 hours this is a must attend event. You cant beat $50 for hands on training.



I know Leigh is going so at least you can show up and make fun of her for wearing that chicken costume into the grocery store.
