Hi eveyone, just looking for some advice!
I don't have any weights (well, 2 3kg dumbells, but I want to build some bicep strength and muscle)
I read somewhere that if you can use pretty much anything as long as it has weight and you curl up your arm. I've been filling a backpack, weighing about 7kg, grabbing the bag by the hook at that it has on the top and lift it for 8 reps, but the 3rd set I can just do 8 reps or only 5-6 reps and my left arm fails, but my right arm can do more. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now, I was hoping there would be some improvement and some more definition in my bicep.
Has anyone else used a backpack before? Is it right to use? I've been thinking of trying to get weights, just they cost a fair bit!
