Tracking The Transformation

Weighing, measuring and pictures can almost become a compulsion. How frequently should someone measure, get weighed or take pictures to actually see real results without it becoming an obsession?

once a month max, every 10-12 weeks average. Fitness is more about overall health, not just a "look better" goal. so if your taking pictures every week, imo id say your overdoing it.

Personally speaking, I'm battling the use of the scale lol! I want to stay motivated and am looking for a better way to measure success without being disappointed. lol How frequently should someone weigh themselves and actually see results - without being disappointed?

I'm a complete hypocrite but I'd say once a week is healthy. I do actually weigh myself once a day though which is bordering on the wierd and compulsive

LOL! No, not weird and compulsive - just wanting to see results - which is what I'm looking for... I need to step away from the scale and "hide" it for a few days - but if I put it in my closet, I worry that I won't find it again! lol
