Im 15 in 9th grade , Track is coming up and I want to go for it. Im in good shape otherwise. I run about 1-2 miles about 4-5 times a week. I asked the Track coach what we'd be doing he said.
: Running 6 miles.
:1 mile intervals.
: Working out in the weight room(not a problem)
it starts after thanksgiving what should I do to be prepared?
