First off, i just hope this question makes sense...
So right now i'm in a cutting phase, i'm losing weight as normal, eating as i planned out and should be, BUT i'm still making slow (about 3x slower than usual) gains in the weightroom (putting up more etc). This is about my eighth month straight of concentrated working out, so i don't think i'm qualifying as new.
My question: Is it possible for me to be losing weight and have that weight be fat AND lean body mass even though i'm making increases in the weightroom?
I'd hate to find out two months from now that i've lost 10 lbs of LBM and somehow got stronger ^^.
Anyway, thanks
