Sport Total New Diet help Needed:

so as i embark on a new regime of getting myself fit...seems the exercise is the easy bit...

I love me food...however over the last weeks and months it has consisted of take outs, dodgy snacking, big meals late at night and minimal veg...

apart from a few diet books (i found the GI diet book interesting) i dont know where to start. So...

I need help on Main Meals and Snacks...needs to be semi quick as i dont always have time to come home from work and start cooking big meals.
altho i dont mind doing a big un every other day maybe or somat. cost to keep down too cos im a bit tight at the mo...but will splash out on some decent things...

need the obvious balance of carbs and protein. initially im looking to lose flab and tone. No need for weight gain.

any suggestions on Main meals, lunches and snacks for during the week to take to work.

also any cereal or snack bars. also any good drinks apart from water? not a big fan of shakes (dont like the texture of thick drinks)

anyway of getting the odd treat in like a pizza at weekends or a mars bar etc

a lot to ask but any help apreciated
 
there's 2 more parts to it coming today or tomorrow...post any thoughts there
