Total calories

If I eat all of the following in one day, roughly how many calories/grams of protein will I consume?:

-12 hard boiled eggs, white only
-24 whole wheat saltine crackers
-1 four-six ounce peice of grilled chicken or fish (I know that this will vary, so just an estimate would be appreciated)
-1 small green salad consisting of about 4 ounces of lettuce, 1 tablespoon of picante sauce, and 1 tsp. shredded colby-jack cheese

Be sure you are counting the "complete" proteins only.
 
a complete protein contains all the essential amino acids. most meats and many dairy items are complete proteins.

typically, the people who have problems with not consuming complete proteins are vegetarians, and especially vegans.
in order to stay healthy, they need to mix their non-animal proteins in order to get all the necessary amino acids...unless they wanna supplement.

for the purposes of fitness training, we generally only count protein that is complete. so the couple of grams found in a slice of bread (or a serving of crackers) aren't counted, but a whole egg is.
