Tori: The amazing life of an *almost* 16-year-old

Alright, I'm here! My name is Tori. Some people call me Tori, some people call me Victoria, others call me other stuff, you can call me whatever you want. I'm 15 years old, almost 16 (May 29th). I love to run, but right now I can't, my leg is broken. I should be off of crutches in about 2 weeks and I'll be able to run in about a month!!!

Alright, so I've tried weight loss before. I got down to about 130, and tried to lose those last 5-10 pounds, but didn't and instead gained about 10. Then I broke my leg (Actually broke it first in October, and had complications, which is why I'm still on crutches) and I gained back a lot (probably about 20). I made myself a deal that I would try to lose as much as I can, and not weigh myself until April 15 (when everyone else is dreading tax day.)

So I need your help! I need your motivation.

My biggest problems are:
  1. I can't run, so what should I do for cardio?!?
  2. I eat lunch at 10 am (stupid school) and I sometimes don't get to eat again until 4 or 5 so I often overeat when I get home.
  3. I always eat right before I go to bed, I know people say not to, but I can't :(
  4. I love food
  5. I'm really self concious.

My Goals:
  1. 2+ pounds a week
  2. By May 29 (130-135)
  3. By June 26 (125-130)
  4. Gain Self Confidence
  5. Be able to wear my favorite clothes again.

What I will do to get there:
  1. Post here everyday, if I can.
  2. Track food
  3. Read 2 new weight loss articles a day.
  4. Exercise at least 4 times a week (I need to figure out what to do though)
  5. Strength 3 times a week.
  6. HAVE FUN AND MAKE FRIENDS!!!
