As my title states I tore/strained my MCL a few days back and am bed bound. It hurts to move my right leg but everything else I can move and need to. I am over weight by about 100 lbs and I was planning on getting onto a regimen for healthy eating and exercise before I was laid up in bed. I am wondering if there is a way that I can actually start my way to better health even with being in bed all day every day. I don't want to gain a ton of weight with not being able to exercise or even walk at this point. I know my gut reaction to this ordeal is going to be to eat like a bear and to hell with my health. if anyone has some suggestions please let me know. thank you
