Hey everyone I have always found it very difficult to find a complete and accurate top muscle building foods nutrition guide...After looking around I was not finding any that were up to par...I have been a private trainer and studying nutrition for about 10 years now...so I created my own. I printed it out and put it on my fridge so that everyday I can look at it and keep an exact number of the calories, proteins, carbs, and fats that my body consumes.
