What is wrong with your diet now?
What is your goal?
How long have you been working out?
How long have you been eating like this?
What is your present fitness level?
Whatis your weigtht & BF%?

Hey thanks for ya quick reply !!! :)

What is wrong with your diet now? i dont know just seems like i dont get enough nutrience ect.

What is your goal? my goal is to get my body fat % down

How long have you been working out? this is my 4th month

How long have you been eating like this? for about a year

What is your present fitness level? i think its about moderate every thursday i run about 15km and that is a moderate challenge .. so i dunno

Whatis your weigtht & BF%? i weigh 67kg :( and my body fat % is 12% :(

It's without a doubt not too much. I really have no idea whether it's too little or not but there's no way that's too much food for a day...thats about what one of my 4 meals a day consists of :D .

2 hours at the gym seems to me like you're way overdoing it. 1 hour weights is fine but one hour cardio is much too much. You should probably stick to 30 - 40 minutes. Also, remember you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time so make sure your weights session sticks to that

so if i wanted 2 loose weight more should i still do a hour of weights or swap round 2 a hr of cardio and say 40 mins of weights?? most mi cardio is classes so not too high intensity except spin :p thanks for ya advise!!

Forget cardio unless you enjoy it- its a waste of time (a one hour run= a slice of pizza hut pizza). A strength session works your heart more and improves your body function and RMR.

RMR??? yeah i hate cardio its such a struggle except for classes so ill try just sticking to the classes and do strength on my own ??? thanks

lol wot the?? randommmmm!!! mmmmm salad
