took 3 weeks off and went out....

and man was I surprised. My knee which had been a little sore felt awesome. My running was as good as it was. I thought I was going to drag my ass. But didn't. The rest really did me good. Now I am pumped to get back into it. YEEHAW.

I run my quickest and easiest times after a break from running. I always think I will tie up and just end up flying...

It's cool, one of the really nice 'buzzes' about the sport.

I just came back to running Saturday night. I hadn't ran since the middle of August or earlier. Same thing here, I ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill with ease. Such a big boost of my running confidence. :)
