No-one said that you had to be skinny to be sexy... That's what the word voluptuous was made for.
You are doing brilliantly to have done that work-out. Its tough.
Fact is that "consistent" is difficult. Don't expect too much of yourself.... Being consistently perfect is pretty much impossible... Much more achievable to consistently try to do your best... On days where a workout like that tough one is "just too much" try to get out for a walk, park the car further away or get off a bus a couple of stops early... ALL MOVEMENT HELPS - especially when we have quite a few pounds to lose...
Controlling food is a major place where the battle is won.
I have problems eating all those naughty things too... Sometimes we do better than others... All we can do is try... We may not be perfect - but if you can do pretty well a lot of the time you can make great progress.
The worst thing that you can do is feel so bad about such things when things go wrong that you say "that's it - the diet's over"... I did that so many times its silly.
I suggest you check out the clubs and challenges... I always found these to be very useful - for getting ideas, staying on track and making friends.
Also start a diary - visit other people's diaries and see what they do, make friends, cheer them on and with luck some of them will return the favour and visit your diary.
