I've just started having green tea instead of coffee/regular tea, and it's great - particular for dealing with any carb cravings.
But the thing is, I've been having like 10 cups a day. Is this too much, and is it going to cause any harm/disrupt my fatloss at all?
What's your opinion on green tea? I've looked over the forum, and everyone seems to think its great, but was wondering if you could give me some reassurance & any info on the bad side of this stuff
