is drinking 2 protein shakes a day a bad idea. i drink on in the morning at work, and then one after working out in the afternoon. i've been doing it b/c i am struggling to get my daily protein count up, but i'm not sure if 2 shakes a day is ok for weight loss. any suggestions?
i definately try to get the rest of my protein from foods, i love to eat, so thats not a problem, i am just hoping to boost my my protein intake. thanks for the feedback!
