Too many pills, any recommendations?

I'm currently taking...

L-carnitine, Chromium Picolinate, CLA, D-Pinitol, l-Glutamine, a Multi-Vitamin, Flax Oil, Coral Calcium, and Creatine...

This is too many pills to swallow!

I know I can get the l-carnitine and Chromium Picolinate in one pill but what about the others? Are there any pills anyone knows of that I can take one or two and get at least...

I was taking creatine pills which I had to take 7 for a 5mg serving! That's like 17 pills a day! So I switched to powder creatine..

Anyone have any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

I prefer capsules not Gelatin because of the MSG...
 
I don't know what the heck most of those are, but about gelatin... it contains MSG?
