Sport too many fats?

When yall say that you set your meals up in like 30-30-30 or somin like that, what do you mean by this, and how do you figure this out? I've set up my meal plans, but i think i'm getting to much fats. Here is my meal plan if you want to know

Meal one:eek:at meal(not the instant stuff) banana, whole wheat with penute butter(i'm thinking about changing this because i know it's not enough protein, but i'm not sure if i should do eggs because i'm not sure if you should eat 2 of those daily)

Meal two: sandwich with turkey or chicken, spinach and a little bit of olive oil dressing on it, and an apple.

Meal three: brown rice with chicken and a banana

Meal four: Bean burrito with chicken, beans, mozzerella cheese, and whole wheat tortilla.

Meal five: depends on dinner, but dinner is always healthy, but half the time i have a big salad with chicken, almonds, peanuts, spinach, lettuce, carrots, olive oil dressing and mozzerella cheese in it.

Meal six: cottage cheese, whey protein, chocolate pudding mix(suggar free) and water...mixed all together in a blender.

I also drink between 1 to 2 gallons of water a day.

O yeah, another noobish question lol. Are your abs supposed to show easilly without flexing them? Thanks
 
o ok, appreciate it. i see a six pack when i flex, but only the outline of my abs when not flexed...according to some digital calipers i have like 4% body fat, but i know that is bs
